Shipping time

We ship as soon as we receive your order.

Free shipping to USA, Colombia and Europe in orders of USD 60 or more to qualify (restrictions apply). 

Shipping rates by country

US and Non-US destinations: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can be returned within 3 days of receipt of delivery using our Customer Service Center Online. It can take up to 20 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our offices, it takes 5 business days for the refund to be processed and about 15 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Product will be refunded only if the packaging is defective, damaged or the incorrect item.

We provide you with a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed. For this to happen, you will have to send us evidence (pictures, videos, etc) that packaging was altered.
